The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and the room ( we had an upgrade) was spacious and well laid out. AC was great as the temperature when we were in Vienna was quite high. The location is very good, with a bus stop and a train station within 5 minutes of the hotel. Breakfast was available but we opted to eat out . The hotel also offers storage of luggage, but as we were leaving Vienna early in the morning, we did not use this facility. I would be more than happy to stay at the hotel again.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and felt quite luxurious at a very affordable price. Staff was professional and nice. I enjoyed the area too, it had many bars and cute restaurants. Easy to move around by public transportation with bus stops as close as 300 from the hotel and Pilgramgasse U station only 5 mins walk away. I was concerned when I read the construction comments but it was nothing to bother anyone. No noises, no mess. The hotel is gonna be even more amazing once they’re done. I recommend.

We were given a bigger room that had recently been renovated, so the card key didn't work, but staff made sure that we never were bothered by that, taking us up and giving us an extra key for the electricity. Loved the AC unit during some very hot days in Vienna. The location is a bit away from the touristy center but for that there are a lot of very cute restaurants and bars that are not super touristy.

Room suited our needs. Had the facilities we required. Breakfast area is nice Bar area is good too Staff were nice to talk to. Foyer area is a nice place to relax Pool table to play on Check in and out is simple Lovely hot shower in the room Tv in the room Room was nice and warm. Ideal as we were there in cold January.
